Located 2 hours east of Winnipeg on the shore of Big Whiteshell Lake, we are your premiere destination for private getaways, family fun and fabulous fishing.
Our lakefront, deluxe cottages feature a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fireplace, 2-person, fresh water whirlpool spa, satellite TV/DVD, CD Player with AM/FM stereo, queen-size beds with duvets and a large covered deck with gas barbecue. Some have A/C.
We provide all bedding and towels (except beach towels), basic kitchen utensils, kitchen towels as well as dish detergent, coffee filters and salt and pepper and propane for the BBQ.
Outdoor Adventures on Whiteshell Lake
Our calm bay has a sandy beach with roped off area for safe swimming, a children’s play structure and the warm water is ideal for a variety of fun-filled water sports.
Experience the countless adventures of the great outdoors. Hike the many scenic trails, cycle through the park, paddle a canoe along the lakeshore, and enjoy a peddle boat around the lake.
We offer complimentary use of peddle boats, canoes, yard games, board games as well as motor boat rentals.
Free use of boat launch and private and government dock.
Fishing in the Whiteshell
Fishing is excellent for Northern Pike, Walleye and Smallmouth Bass. There are also white fish at certain times of the year. Winter activities include snowmobile trails, cross-country skiing, and ice fishing. There is a staging area for snowmobiles readily available.
Convenience Store, Licenses & Rentals
We offer boats and motors for rent, gas and oil, fishing tackle, bait and licenses, and on-site fish-cleaning facilities. There’s also a handy convenience store for those items forgotten but necessary, such as park passes. We are also a Licensed MLCC Liquor Vendor.
